Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect!
Fixtures and Built-Ins: These are items permanently attached to the property, such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, built-in appliances (like stoves and dishwashers), and HVAC systems.
Built-In Furniture: This includes items like built-in shelving, cabinets, and bathroom vanities that are affixed to the walls or floors.
Landscaping: Typically, landscaping features like trees, shrubs, flower beds, and lawn are included. Garden structures such as sheds, gazebos, and fences may also be included unless specified otherwise.
Window Treatments: Generally, curtains, blinds, and shades that are custom-fitted to the windows are included.
Kitchen Appliances: Commonly, the stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher are included. It’s important to verify with your real estate agent if these appliances are staying or if they are negotiable.
