Johnny knew the Poconos area very well and even had contacts we could tap into for cleaning services and contractors, etc. He is respectful but will give you the truth on things, which we really appreciated. He was so flexible with giving us virtual tours and even meeting us before closing to get measurements (seller allowed), which was no benefit to him but was willing to meet us. Johnny is a great person and agent, and we’re hoping to work more with him in the future!

John Houston recently helped us buy a house in the Poconos. We are from California and have no knowledge of the local area.
